The UK’s HM Land registry Business e-Services portal is designed to streamline conveyancing processes for businesses and organisations that regularly transact with the government.
This website allows organisations to search and request property information and submit applications for register changes.

United States Implementation of the Government Paperwork Elimination Act
In October 2003, businesses and individuals were required to digitally submit information and transactions. Additionally, the Government Paperwork Elimination Act requires businesses to maintain records electronically.
