Remote Signing

Secure digital signatures anywhere, anytime, on any device

What is remote signing?

Remote signing, also known as cloud signing, enables users to digitally sign documents without the need for locally installed smartcard based digital identities. Cloud-hosted signing service makes remote signing possible.

When Advanced or Qualified eSignatures (AES and QES) are required, Remote and Qualified remote signing make use of centrally held signing keys. This means users can sign documents at their convenience from any internet-connected device using the securely held signing keys that are  stored in a Hardware Secure Module (HSM) or Qualified Signature Creation Device (QSCD) ensuring  Sole Control Assurance Level 2 (SCAL2).
